Hey! I'm Coach Dorian.

I’m not only a mental fitness coach, but a student.

I am a certified Health & Well-Being, Life, and Mental Fitness Coach and I specialize in working with women over 50.

For over a decade, I have been perplexed why my clients start out great in their wellness journeys, but somewhere along the way, they fizzle out and end right back where they started. Can you relate?

Three years ago, I discovered the power of Positive Psychology & Positive Intelligence Mental Fitness Training. Finally! The solution I had been looking for!

By strengthening 3 “muscles” in your brain, you create new thinking patterns that serve you while weakening the ones that don’t. Once you retrain your brain, you’re primed and ready to change your body and life FOREVER!

Hi. I'm Coach Amanda.

As an opera singer and performer, I’ve felt the intense pressure, anxiety, and self-doubt that often come with standing in the spotlight. I know all too well how the mind sabotages performances with procrastination, self-doubt, and stage-fright, and how constant rejections, criticism, and reviews can wreak havoc on the confidence and mental state of any top-tier performer.

In a state of shattered confidence, carrying a bucket full of excuses for why I wasn’t where I wanted to be, I found Positive Intelligence and my life was transformed as I implemented the tools that not only changed my mindset, but rewired my brain to access calm, innovation, and resilience consistently.

Today, I’m passionate about sharing the Positive Intelligence tools that have transformed my performing experiences from a state of fear to one of ease and flow. I love helping other women tackle their saboteurs and limiting beliefs so they can easily step into flow and share their full gifts with the world.

When I’m not coaching, singing, or sculpting, I’m loving on my two sons, husband, and doodle-dog and enjoying life in Colorado.

We will be addressing issues that are unique to women. We don’t want the guys to be bored or feel left out!

Parts of the event will be recorded, and other parts not.

The teachings will be recorded, but any breakouts, shares will not.

We want people to feel free to express themselves in a safe container of the intimacy of the group.

No, Mental Fitness is not therapy.

Mental fitness is about noticing the emotions of what you are experiencing in the now, and how to shift from negative to positive emotions so you make choices that serve your ultimate goals.
