Right after opening my beautiful fitness studio, I found myself going through a tough divorce. Yep, talk about bad timing. I had to juggle the responsibilities of being a single mom, nurturing a budding business, and dealing with the emotional rollercoaster of a divorce. It wasn’t easy, but it made me stronger and more resilient than ever before. Not long after starting Sphericality, I became pre-menopausal. As a woman who has experienced the wonders and challenges of puberty and pregnancy, I thought I had a pretty good handle on my body and what to expect. Boy, was I in for a surprise! The changes I went through in pre- and post-menopause caught me off guard, like a whirlwind of shifting skin, energy fluctuations, belly fat battles, and hair transformations. It was like a crash course in “getting to know yourself all over again.” As I gracefully (well, mostly gracefully) navigated my own menopausal years, something extraordinary happened. I realized that many women, just like me, were going through significant changes in their bodies and lifestyles. Most of them had never really prioritized their own health, pouring their time and energy into their jobs and raising their young kids. Sound familiar? In that moment of clarity, a fire ignited within me. I found my true calling. I became fiercely determined to help women press that glorious “reset” button and put themselves front and center, regardless of where they were on their unique journey. Whether they were just starting out in their forties or already cruising through their fifties and sixties, I wanted to show them that it’s never too late to make their well-being a top priority. They deserved it, and I was ready to guide them every step of the way.
